Texas Level II security officer training, built for online delivery
Every Texas security officer applicant needs Level II, taught from the current DPS manual by an approved school and instructor or by the licensee's designee. The Level II rule sets no classroom requirement, which is why it is the part that goes online. Level III is different: the statute holds 10 to 15 hours in person with an on-site instructor, plus a range demonstration.

Does your current setup do this?
How the platform is built to it
Your course, on your site, under your name. Every requirement above is a feature, not a promise in the application.
Level II built from the current DPS manual
Lessons follow the most current Level II manual section by section, and a manual revision becomes a new course version you review before students see it.
Level III split by what can move online
For Level III the platform handles enrollment, scheduling of the in-person handgun and self-defense block and range day, attendance on site, and records. It does not try to put the 1702.1675(g) hours online.
Certificates with every 35.147(b)(1) field
Student ID details are captured at enrollment, so the certificate issues with the school and instructor approval numbers already filled in, well inside the seven-day window.
Criminal history notice at sign-up
The 35.147(a) criminal history notice is shown and acknowledged on the enrollment form, and the acknowledgment is stored with the student record.
24 months of records, ready for an investigator
Attendance, progress, grades and a copy of every certificate stay on your platform for at least 24 months and export on request.
