The Challenge
Running a software agency from a laptop meant juggling client records, invoices, project status, and team activity across disconnected tools. The team needed one unified system accessible from anywhere — both a powerful web interface for deep work and a mobile app for staying on top of things in the field.
Our Solution
Built a dual-surface admin system: a full-featured Next.js web dashboard at admin.vaylostudios.com for deep operations, paired with a React Native/Expo mobile app that connects to the same backend. Both surfaces share real-time data — a note added in the mobile app instantly appears on web, and vice versa.
Results
All business operations now run from a single system. Client onboarding, project management, invoicing, and team oversight are handled from web when at a desk and from the mobile app everywhere else. Response times to new leads dropped, internal context-switching eliminated, and the whole team operates from one source of truth.
